How can I receive free shipping?

Pimero Effect retail orders over $75 are eligible for free ground/standard shipping. This offer is valid on all retail orders where the minimum amount has been met after discounts have been applied. Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States and is not available on shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or International addresses. 

How will I be charged? 

Enter your credit card or use one of our alternative methods via PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Apple Pay at the time of checkout and we will process your payment.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped, along with tracking information.

When will my package get to me?

 Here are estimates for how long it will take your package to get to your doorstep after it ships from our warehouse: 

Economy: 5 to 8 business days
Standard: 3 to 4 business days

How do I return an item?

Recipients are responsible for all return shipping. You may want to insure your return; Pimero Effect is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a refund will be issued once we receive the return.
